| I was very disappointed with this service and will not be recommending or using them again. I was specifically sending it to my sister in India from overseas as a very special surprise. Firstly, the actual flower basket waS much smaller than the picture. Only 19 roses were present instead of 20 as stated on the website and be leaves they had used was the cheap kind a d had a strange smell that masked the smell of the roses completely. So dog the flowers were already looking a bit wilted. And worst of all the message I had written for the message card was not even included (which was a special quote and message i had specifically written for her). )Very unprofessional and shoddy service! Wouldn't recommend them!!! |
