| They are the biggest cheats. Their credibility is zeroooooooooo. I booked a plot with them in the Jaypee's Spots city.
They issued me a credit note for 1%. When I inquired about the payment after almost 6 moths. Their staff Badrul Hoda just replied like "Humein milega to tumhein de denge". Thought we have made all payments in time and as per the terms on commitment note.
After that he just said " do whatever you can do" ? Do I really have an access to their ledgers so that I can find out whether they have received their commission or not? Am I responsible, if Jaypee has not paid them? Is this the way business is done? I think they have just paid some grand to an IT firm for doing them a flashy website and they have no business ethics and customer services sense.
My suggestion to all is not to deal with them they are cheats of the highest order.
