Bankers has about 200 active oil wells and the leased rights from the Albanian government to extract crude from two large oil reserves near the Adriatic Sea. Patos Marinza, Europe's largest onshore oilfield, produces almost 7,000 barrels of oil per day from proven reserves of 2 billion barrels.
