Kirtilals opens the first store outside Coimbatore at Chennai after that Kirtilals open the stores in Hyderabad, Kochi, Bangalore, Ludhiana and Vizag.

Kirtilals undergoes a strategic review facilitated by KPMG to firm up Vision 2010. Kirtilals got the award ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2004. Kirtilals opens the state of the art eighth store at Temple City Madurai.
