As discussed with "Travelyaari" call center no. (080) 44820000 and (011) 44820000 on phone yesterday from Victory Tunnel,Shimla(Where my bus journey Shimla to Delhi was proposed) so many times called call center no. mentioned on your "FRAUD" bus ticket of Travelyaari.com.
after so many times calls to the executive and hold/reject by them and last I came to know that there is no bus from from Shimla and few no. on ticket are given saying there is no bus service as ticket sold to you it's a clear "Fraud".
I would like yo mention that after checking out from hotel for catching that "FRAUD" bus i was waiting on the road with my luggage and there is no confirmation/cancellation call from "Travelyaari" as every travel portal does.
and after so many calls a team leader named Vijay( I'm dam sure this is also "FRAUD" name) told me there is a breakdown and bus is cancelled and these words i've heard approx a time 10:30 and my journey departure time was 10:00am. and he also told m |
