| Regret very much to inform that SCV signal is not coming since 10 am today viz. 31.1.2015. On 29th also there was no signal from 3 pm to 5 pm. Full Saturday is gone and tomorrow Sunday. When complained to Mona Lisa, they said someone will be coming to my flat to check. Nobody has turned up yet.Can someone above pls take note and rectify permanently.

| All of a sudden from today SAB TV [Channel no.532] is not coming - reason not subscribed. As already highlighted in my earlier note, SCV relay gets disturbed quite often.Subscription fees gets increased but no increase in service level. SCV person has already collected the fees. Now all of a sudden, without notice channels get deleted. Can someone please urgently connect channel no.532 - SAB TV. | I shall be glad if you will kindly put off the opening music of scv or allow us to mute as the sound it raises woke up children and disturb aged relaxing and prevent other users from viewing TV programmes. |

| It is really sad to note that SCV cable TV is not working from the time I switched on TV 5 am today. Luckily I could get line of the operator who have taken down my address [Behind Naidu Hall, Lakshmi Nagar, Porur]. Subscription fee is being revised upwards but there is absolutely no improvement in service. Can any one look into this and get the connection immediately ? TWO TIMES I SENT THIS REVIEW. Both the times message came that review will be put after admin approval. Later message came that 'u have entered wrong security code'. I have entered CORRECT code both time.
