| Hi,
I am Utrafresh Modular kitchen user. Last year I got it installed in my house. but now I am facing a problem with the product like paint from the trays is removing out.I am complaining about this from last 4 months but no one showed up for any assistance till now. I must say that my after sale experience is very bad with Ultrafrsh kitchen company. This company never help thier customers.
Recently, again i have registerd my complaint for the same. I have been alloted with complaint number- 89064.
But when i checked my complaint status on company's web page it showed that complain has been closed by Mr, Ajay kumar, technician number 8512829180. But he has never visted to my house for any fix.
I must say that techinicians of this company are making fool to the customers as well as to the company.
I am fed up by reporting the same problem again and again. All the time i felt that i have made a wrong decision by choosing Ultrafresh's product.
