It has a joint venture with Rhodes Technology to research, develop, commercialize, and market pharmaceutical preparations for human therapy; a license and commercialization agreement with Intellipharmaceutics Corp. for the development of Dexmethylphenidate XR; and a development and supply agreement with Cipla Limited for the development of one generic product.
