| RNDC Texas, LLC |  | On May 1, 2007 Republic Beverage Company and National Distributing Company combined their businesses in seventeen states and the District of Columbia to form Republic National Distributing Company. RNDC is an organization built on the strong foundations of two long-term, well-established family owned companies. Republic Beverage Company was founded in 1996 as a result of a merger of the Block and Dreeben families and the Goldring family. The Block family began doing business in Texas in 1939 under the leadership of Ed Block. Newman Goldring founded the N. Goldring Corporation in Florida in 1898. Later, Stephen Goldring expanded the N. Goldring base in Florida by opening Magnolia Marketing Company in Louisiana. Today, RNDC is the second largest distributor of premium wine and spirits in the U.S., with wholly-owned operations in Arizona, Alabama, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. RNDC is also partners in joint-ventures in Kentucky, Ohio, Oklahoma and South Carolina.
