The firm makes washers, dryers, dishwashers, and air purifiers, as well as other household appliances such as microwaves, stoves, refrigerators, and air conditioners for Latin America and other markets. Products are sold under the Consul, Brastemp, and Whirlpool names. (The company is controlled by Brasmotor, which is majority-owned by Whirlpool.) Multibrás has four factories in Brazil, and its appliances are exported to about 70 countries.
