| Beatnik, Inc | | The Company's enhanced audio solution includes the Beatnik Audio Engine™ (BAE™), miniBAE™ and mobileBAE™ which are engineered for integration with a variety of digital devices including mobile phones, PDAs, communicators and smartphones as well as digital cameras and set top boxes. Small enough to run on any device, Beatnik's platform has been licensed by leading companies including Sun Microsystems, Inc., Intel, Liberate Technologies and WebTV Networks, Inc. Our audio engines can play back and mix popular audio formats such as MP3, WAV, AIFF, RMF®, XMF™, MIDI and others. The BAE is optimized for world leading mobile device processor architectures. ARM, Intel and Texas Instruments support and co-market the BAE to help mobile device manufacturers integrate pre-eminent audio solutions. The BAE, with these processing architectures, enables developers to create enhanced structured audio for games, ring tones, user interface sounds or other multimedia applications using extremely small data file sizes. One of the BAE's key strengths is its ability to play eXtensible Music Format ™ (XMF) files as well as Scalable Polyphony MIDI (SPMIDI) files. XMF was ratified as a standard by the MMA and AMEI in September of 2001, and SPMIDI was ratified by the 3GPP in February of 2002. These public standard formats allow for more flexibility than ever before in mobile audio creation and playback. | | Visit Website | | Office Address | 60 E. 3rd Ave, Suite 302
