| The Quarto Group, Inc. |  | Quarto was established in London in 1976, and listed on the London Stock Exchange ten years later. Quarto is also involved in related areas of display marketing (franchise retailing of books in Australia and New Zealand) and publishing services (print broking in Hong Kong and Singapore, and large format point-of-sales printing in the UK).
The enduring quality of Quarto's publishing ensures that over 60% of the Group's income comes from a backlist of more than 9,000 titles, providing a stable revenue stream year after year after year.
