| Kenwal Steel Corp. |  | Kenwal Steel Corp. was founded in 1947 by Sol Eisenberg in Detroit, Michigan as a modest but ambitious supplier of steel products. As with most new businesses, the initial years of the company, which was then called Kenwal Products Corporation, were marked by a limited range of operations and services. The company's customers during this period were a small pool of automotive based manufacturers. During the 1960's, Sol's elder son, Kenneth Eisenberg, joined the business and helped lead its development into a more diverse and service oriented company.
