| Reading Is Fundamental, Inc. |  | Reading Is Fundamental is a not-for-profit literacy organization that delivers free books and resources focusing on at risk children ages 8 and under. Through Reading Is Fundamental, Inc. flagship Books for Ownership program, the group gives more than 16 million new free books to some 5 million kids each year. RIF seeks to increase children's interest in reading by providing motivational support, family involvement, and free books the children get to choose. Reading Is Fundamental, Inc. is supported by the US Department of Education and donations from foundations, companies, and individuals.
