| Advocate Charitable Foundation |  | Advocate Charitable Foundation is the faith-based
philanthropic arm of Advocate Health Care. Advocate
Charitable Foundation mission is to build relationships
and partnerships across Chicago and to inspire charitable
giving by individuals, foundations, corporations, and
organizations. The not-for-profit group funds programs
that offer patient care, research, education, and
community-based health services. These include caregiver
education classes, family-focused support groups, cancer
research facilities, and specialized clinics throughout
the city. Advocate Charitable Foundation began as
Evangelical Health Foundation in 1984 and took its
