| Dedicated Microcomputers Group Limited | | The AD Group was established in 1997, its primary objective being to create and bring to market leading edge CCTV solutions. The pioneering nature of the Group's products, with the emphasis very much on R&D, has undoubtedly been a critical element in AD's success to date. Since its formation AD's growth has been remarkable, with turnover soaring from £930k in 1998 to £73 million in 2003. For the sake of security, Dedicated Microcomputers wants you to know who comes and who goes. The company designs and manufactures hardware used in closed-circuit television (CCTV) security surveillance equipment. It offers digital video recorders (DVRs), dome cameras, multiplexers (for recording multiple cameras to a timelapse VCR), network servers, and peripherals. Its products are used in security systems at commercial and institutional sites around the world, such as BAA's Heathrow Airport in London and France's La Poste. Dedicated Micros sells its equipment through a global network of CCTV security and electronics distributors and resellers, including Accu-Tech, Hagemeyer, and Siemens.
