| AECOM Technology Corporation | | In 1985, Ashland, Inc., a Kentucky-based oil company, created an architectural, engineering and construction management subsidiary called Ashland Technology Corporation (ATC). Five years later, that entity evolved into AECOM, an independent firm formed by the merger of six separate companies. While AECOM’s official founding was in 1990, some of those predecessor firms had distinguished histories dating back to the early 1900s.Since then, more than 30 companies have joined AECOM and in 2007, we became a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: ACM). Today, listed on the Fortune 500 list as one of America’s largest companies, AECOM has approximately 45,000 employees located in 100 countries. Our technical expertise and creative excellence comes from the rich history of some of the world’s finest engineering, environmental, planning and design companies. From transportation, energy and water systems, to enhancing environments and creating new buildings and communities, our vision is to make the world a better place. | | Visit Website | | Office Address | 555 South Flower St., Suite 3700
