Oil States International, Inc. provides land drilling, remote site accommodations, tools rental, and temporary and permanent work force accommodation services. The Offshore Products segment designs and manufactures flexible bearings and connector products; sub sea pipeline products; marine winches, mooring and lifting systems, and rig equipment; and conductor casing connections and pipes, as well as provides blowout preventor stack assembly, integration, testing, and repair services, and drilling riser repair services. The Tubular Services segment distributes a range of casing and tubing products; provides threading, logistical, and inventory management services; and offers e-commerce pricing, ordering, tracking, and financial reporting capabilities. Oil States International serves national oil companies, major and independent oil and gas companies, onshore and offshore drilling companies, and other oilfield service companies.
