The joint venture has convenience stores and restaurants in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. The year 2004 saw WILCOHESS acquire, remodel, and rebrand about 50 SERVCO stores in North Carolina from Service Distributing Co., and in June 2005, WILCOHESS gained another hundred locations when it merged with Trade Oil Company.
